Micro Office Solutions provides professional office space to small businesses and independent professionals. We manage the details of operating an office facility so that you can focus on running your business.

Full-Time Office Space

Our simple pricing of $395 or $495 per month includes most of the facility-related services that must be provided by or handled by someone, such as security, mail & package acceptance, cleaning, garbage disposal, reception/greeting of visitors, lighting, air conditioning, heating, water, and electricity. We also have a shared fax service, copy machine access, and printer access. Some additional service charges may apply for certain services. Optional high-speed Internet and unlimited telephone is available for $110 per month.

Part-Time Office Space

If you only use an office a few days a month, but still want a place to park yourself, make phone calls, read and write emails, receive postal mail, and meet with customers and partners, our timeshare service at $250 per month is your best bet. Our timeshare service provides you with a Manhattan phone number, high-speed Internet access, use of a rotating desk on an as-needed basis for a few days per month, a mailbox where you can receive mail, and access to the conference rooms for a few hours a month.

Virtual Office

If your business does not need physical office space, but you still want a Manhattan business address and many of the benefits that go along with it, our Virtual Office service may be an ideal solution for you. 

For as little as $99 per month you get a prestigious business address in midtown Manhattan, mail handling service, 4 hours of conference room time per month. For $149 per month, you also get a Manhattan phone number that can forward to your cell phone or landline.
